If You Want It, It's yours

Everyday you have a choice: What is the story you wish to write for yourself? What is the panting you wish to create? Imagine that your life is a blank canvas and you are born holding the paintbrush. It may take some time for you to learn how to paint. You may have to create a few drafts before you find your unique style. Regardless, you alone are tasked with the duty of creating a piece of art that satisfies you. With each stroke, you communicate to the Universe what you desire. Do you paint dark skies with rain clouds? Or do you create a beautiful garden? Whatever you decide, understand that it is you who has created this reality. It is you who decides whether you want to see rainbows and unicorns or goblins and ghouls. When you have control over the canvas of your mind in this way, you take control of your story. The old saying goes: what you see is what you get. When actually, it should be what you think is what you get.
